All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to everyone in the United States of America and $25.00 to everyone overseas. We also offer free shipping for every order over $100.00 in the United States of America.
Free local delivery is available for all orders over $100.00. For orders under $100, we charge $15 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9AM-7PM on Monday- Saturday. We will contact you via text message or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3050 Arrowsmith Drive, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM-7 PM on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we ask that you stay in your vehicle upon arrival and call us to bring your order to you in your car.
We offer international shipping to many countries. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Prolific Compass, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
